Biography

Helping clients become their most authentic selves is my focus. I graduated with a Masters Degree in Clinical Counseling from Bellevue University in 2016 and have spent most of my career in community mental health, recently making the transition to private practice.

I was drawn to DBT for its ability to help people empower themselves and move from a passive role in their recovery into an active one.

In my free time, I enjoy visual arts, reading and writing speculative fiction, and surrounding myself with the natural beauty of Northern California.
