Kathy Blenn, LMFT

Biography

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I graduated from Sacramento State University with a Master's degree in counseling in 2017. I have extensive experience working with adolescents.

Before becoming a therapist, I was a supervisor in a volunteer program at Juvenile Hall wherein I connected girls in juvenile hall with mentors when they left the facility. I earned my 3,000 hours towards licensure from a mental health hospital in Sacramento wherein I provided therapy for adolescents and adults in both inpatient and outpatient programs.

I enjoy traveling, skiing, yoga, biking, and spending time with family.
