Practice Manager

Biography

Carl Phillips has worked in the mental health field since graduating from Sac State. He worked for a while as a direct service provider for youth in residential treatment before transitioning to a case manager position.

He eventually took a lead role and oversaw the case management and services of approximately 50 cases.

He is a great communicator and as our Practice Manager will help guide you through the ADCDBT program.
